The Puppy Tweets collar sends a wireless signal to a USB adapter that must be plugged into a computer which is have to be turn “on” and of course connected to the Internet. Although the device can update your dog's Twitter page, it can't use the twitter's other features, such as sending direct messages or re-tweeting other users' tweets. Her home was raided in 2008 after the authority received a tip. Officers took several kittens and a cat from her home. An animal cruelty investigator told the court in Pennsylvania that the kittens could have been killed by the piercings. Metal rings through the kittens' ears affected their hearing while studs at the back of their necks and the bases of their tails produced a permanent feeling of submission.

Oscar: A Cat that can predict death

Oscar is an ordinary pet cat with an extraordinary ability to predict death. A nursing staff worked in the Steere House Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre in Providence, Rhode Island where Oscar lived noticed that he would curl up to sleep with patients who were about to die. And scariest part is he never missed and accurately predicted about 50 deaths.

According to his owner Dr. David Dosa, a geriatrician and assistant professor at Brown University, there's a scientific explanation of Oscars ability. He believe that there are thing that cat can smell but humans simply don't recognize. Like dogs, Oscar is able to detect ketones, which are biochemicals given off by dying cells. For the last five years Oscar spends his days pacing from room to room at the nursing home and refuses to spend any time with the elderly residents unless they are close to death. His unusual gift was first revealed in 2007, and staff at the home are so confident of Oscar's ability that they alert family members if he shows an interest in a patient. Dr. Dosa has just published a book about his cat expanding on the story.
