Man walks dog with his car
A 23 years old guy from London was banned after cops caught him walking his dog along a country road by holding the leash outside the car window while he drove. Paul Railton, of County Durham caught by a police officer after a complaint from a witness. The man driving about 5 mph along a County Durham road December 4, 2009.
He was hanging onto the dog's lead through the driver window when a cyclist witness saw him. Railton was originally given a warning and promised to place the dog inside the car and walk it properly. Railton, according to a witness, did not comply. A few days later an officers showed up at his home to charge him. Railton's mitigator, told the court his client admits what he did was lazy and accepts responsibility. He was fined £66 and given three points on his license, he already had nine due to prior offenses meaning he was banned from driving for 6 months.
