
Man sues Petsmart after he slip in Dog poop

His attorney, Michael Goodove said his client couldn't see the poop because it blended in with the floor amd admits that his client had a pre-existing back problem and claims the fall made it worse. Robert Holloway said that its employees "negligently allowed animals to enter the premises and deposit feces in such a manner as to create a dangerous and hazardous condition". PetSmart denies any wrongdoing, but admits that pet accidents are an everyday occurrence because leashed pets are welcome visitors in the store.
